I offer mindful yoga classes in which I aim to promote well being as well as nurturing a sense of connection to your deeper self. Classes are open to all and include modifications for what you and your body need. The classes are not about exercise but a way to move towards a sense of acceptance and wholeness.
I run mat based classes, accessible chair yoga classes and offer menopause yoga sessions. A free online meditation group runs every second Wednesday evening of the month.
Individual private yoga sessions are a wonderful way of exploring particular aspects of yoga or poses or opening specific areas of the body.
I also offer holistic massage therapy, reflexology and reiki which enables deep relaxation, releases tensions from the body and mind and promotes improved sleep. Complementary therapy can help with managing chronic health conditions.
