I offer mindful yoga classes in small groups to promote well being as well as nurturing a sense of connection to your deeper self. Classes are open to all and include modifications for what you and your body need. Teachings are based on the ‘Eight Limbs of Yoga’ – Yoga is so much more than an exercise class!
Individual private yoga sessions are a wonderful way of exploring particular aspects of yoga or poses or opening specific areas of the body. If you feel nervous about joining a group class then one to one sessions can help to build your confidence.
I also offer holistic massage therapy which enables deep relaxation, releases tensions from the body and mind and promotes improved sleep. Massage can help with managing chronic health conditions.
Individual yoga and massage therapy can be combined to provide a bespoke experience.
