I offer yoga classes, workshops, and holistic therapies as a gentle invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace and presence.

My approach to yoga is mindful, intuitive, and holistic — creating space to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself. Each class weaves together movement, stillness, and awareness, supporting both body and mind, and honouring the unique needs of every individual.

I also offer private one-to-one sessions, providing a nurturing space to explore your practice more deeply, listen to your body, and move in a way that feels supportive and aligned.

Alongside yoga, I offer holistic therapies including massage, reflexology, and reiki. These gentle, restorative treatments invite deep relaxation, help to release held tension, and support the natural balance of body, mind, and energy. They can also offer meaningful support when living with ongoing or chronic conditions.
