All types of yoga sessions include working on postures, breath work, relaxation and meditation. Within the body and the mind, the aim is to build strength; remove tension and blockages; encourage openess; and quieten some of the chatter of our thoughts.

You can also combine a 1:1 yoga session with massage therapy – fantastic to open the body with a little extra help from me!
