Small classes taught in Bovey Tracey to enable you to develop at your own pace.

All types of yoga sessions include working on postures, breath work, relaxation and meditation. Within the body and the mind, the aim is to build strength; remove tension and blockages; encourage openess; and quieten some of the chatter of our thoughts.

I teach according to the holistic system of the ‘Eight Limbs of Yoga’, so the aim is to take some of this into our own lives to lead a more meaningful and connected life.

A 6 week block of yoga classes costs £45.

Contact me to book a 1:1 class to build confidence to attend a group class or work on specific areas. A great way to deepen and grow your home practice.

You can also combine a 1:1 yoga session with massage therapy – fantastic to open the body with a little extra help from me!

A one hour session is £40.


Are you struggling with sleep, recovering from illness, feeling fatigued or experiencing stress and anxiety. Bedtime yoga could help you.

The sessions will include:

  • Information about how stress (of all types) affects our minds and bodies.
  • Why it is beneficial to quieten the mind.
  • How yoga techniques can help with reconnecting with our deeper selves.
  • Mostly floor based, very gentle mindful yoga movements.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.
  • Breathing practices.
  • Long relaxation and mediation at the end of the classes which can be done in bed!

Classes will be held on Monday evenings via Zoom from 8-9pm – all ready for sleep.   Next course begins 7th March and the last session is 28th March.  The cost of the 4 weeks is £30.
