I offer holistic yoga classes to promote well being and connection to your deeper self. Classes are open to all and include modifications for what you and your body need.

Individual private yoga sessions are a wonderful way of exploring particular aspects of yoga or poses or opening specific areas of the body.

I also offer holistic massage therapy, reflexology and reiki which enables deep relaxation, releases tensions from the body and mind and promotes improved sleep. Complementary therapy can help with managing chronic health conditions.
