Friendly classes taught in Bovey Tracey to enable you to practice at your own pace.

Each session weaves together posture (asana), breathwork (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation, creating a balanced and nourishing practice for both body and mind.

Through this holistic approach, you are invited to build strength, cultivate openness, and listen more deeply to your inner voice. The practice encourages you to slow down, pause, and reconnect — supporting a gentle movement towards greater balance and wholeness.

Classes are thoughtfully guided around a specific yogic theme, unfolding over each 6-week block to allow space for deeper exploration and integration.

A 6 week block of yoga classes costs £57 (£9.50 per class for a pre paid block booking). Drop in rate is £11.50 per class.

6.30 – 7.45pm. Mixed ability – all are welcome.

0900 – 1015 – Mixed ability – all are welcome.

1030 – 1130 – Gentle Yoga using chairs and props to support you. Accessible for those with health or mobility concerns. £8 per class.

Mindful Chair-Based Yoga

Mindful chair-based yoga offers a gentle and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. The practice supports improved flexibility, strength, and posture, while remaining kind and supportive to the joints.

With an emphasis on mindfulness and breath, these sessions help to quiet the mind, ease stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and clarity. It is a nurturing practice that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing, inviting a greater sense of balance and ease into everyday life.


Menopause Yoga Sessions

These sessions are offered from both personal experience and a place of understanding, creating a warm and supportive space to share and connect.

Menopause yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to support women through this natural transition. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, it can help to ease symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, while calming the nervous system and restoring balance.

Just as importantly, these sessions offer a sense of community — a space to feel heard, supported, and less alone — empowering women to move through this stage of life with greater ease, confidence, and self-compassion.
