Yoga Participants Insights and Reflections.

I like the variation in each week building and developing around a theme/aspect. I enjoy the extracts from books and poetry. I have benefited greatly from the meditation and slowing myself down and letting go while in class and taking this knowledge and practice in my everyday.

Learning techniques for connecting the mind and body.

Really enjoy chair yoga and lovely people.

I benefit from the way the class covers a bit of everything I need. Poses, theory, meditation. I like the mix and definitely take away a way to live yoga.

Slowing down of my brain chatter.

It calms me both physically and mentally. I love the stretching poses as I think my body needs that most but I’ve noticed better strength in my back too. I feel more supple even after just one class!

I find the classes nice and fluid with gentle strength building. Then lovely relaxing and mindfulness at the finish.

I have really enjoyed the classes , l enjoyed the exercise as well the quiet meditation at the end of the session it has a good balance.
